Foreword
This standard is modified using Japan JISS2145-1991 "gas metal flexible connecting hose" and its amendment single JISS2145-1991 /
Amd1.2006 and JISS2145-1991/Amd2.2009.
For the convenience of comparison, the structural differences between this standard and JISS2145-1991 are listed in Appendix A.
The main technical differences between this standard and JISS2145-1991 are.
--- Materials are used domestic brands;
--- Increase the establishment of product model;
--- Modify the content of the inspection rules;
--- Increased gas hose ring resistance to gas;
--- Increased pressure test pressure holding time;
--- Modify the size of the hose, tolerances and minimum bending radius;
--- Removed hose flow performance;
--- Remove the hose of the solution-resistant and season-resistant.
This standard replaces CJ/T 197-2004 "gas stainless steel corrugated hose."
This standard is the CJ/T 197-2004 "gas stainless steel corrugated hose" revision, compared with CJ/T 197-2004 major changes
as follows.
--- Modify the scope of application (only for fixed gas appliances connection);
--- Increased working temperature (Table 1);
--- Supplementary provisions of the hose should be covered (3.7);
--- Increased the hose performance in the heat resistance, stress corrosion resistance, resistance to pull, corrosion resistance joints, coating resistance to thermal and thermal variability;
--- Remove the cover inside the permeability (Table 4).
