The WS/T 598 Health Statistics Indicators are divided into the following nine sections.

This part is the first part of WS/T 598.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part is proposed by the National Health Standards Committee Information Standards Committee.

1 Scope
This part specifies the content structure, attribute and description rules, attribute description format, index inclusion principle, and points for the compilation of health statistics indicators.
Class framework and index.
This section applies to the preparation of health statistics indicators.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4.2 Attribute Description Format
The description format of the health statistics indicators is digested, consisting of a common attribute description format and a special attribute description format.

4.3 Special attribute description rules
4.3.1 identifier
The IHS identifier is a 10-digit alphanumeric code, subject to subject classification code (IHS), and a large class

4.3.2 Chinese name
