1 Scope
This standard specifies the quarantine and identification methods for T. arundinacea.
This standard is applicable to the quarantine and identification of Tawny Hummer, which is used for inbound and outbound plants and their products.

Taxonomic status. Thysanoptera, Thripidae, Scirtythrips. Overgraded state
Insects go through three stages of egg, nymph and adult life. This species is similar to O. tawnii in its internal morphology, mainly S. aurantii, S.
Citri, S. nermis, S. longipennis, S. mangiferae, S. oligochaetus.

4 Methodology
Based on the harmful habits and hazards of the insects, the samples were collected. Classification identification uses the morphological characteristics of adults as the basis for identification.
PCR-specific amplified fragments serve as a reference for identification.
