4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations. 4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography. 4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure. 4.3 petroleum ether. chromatography. 4.4 ethyl acetate. chromatography. 4.5 hexane. chromatographically pure. 4.6 sodium chloride. 4.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate. before scorching at 650 ℃ 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve. 4.8 with saturated sodium chloride solution. 4.9 petroleum ether - ethyl acetate solution (8515, volume ratio). Take 850mL petroleum ether, ethyl acetate was added 150mL shake up. 4.10 petroleum ether - ethyl acetate solution (3070, volume ratio). Take 300mL petroleum ether, ethyl acetate was added 700mL shake up. 4.11 acetonitrile - water (3070, volume ratio). Take 300mL acetonitrile was added 700mL of water, shake spare. 4.12 Thiacloprid standards (thiacloprid, C10H9ClN4S, CAS No. 111988-49-9), a purity of greater than or equal to 95%. 4.13 Standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard (accurate to 0.0001g), was dissolved in methanol formulated in a concentration of 1mg/mL Standard Stock solution.
