1 Scope

3 Method summary
Sample of fluoride, bromide extracted with potassium hydroxide solution, filtered, centrifuged, the supernatant aqueous pore through 0.22μm
Filter through C18 cartridges to remove some impurities, ion chromatography fluoride, bromide ion, conductivity detector.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were pure class distinctions, in line with the GB/T 6682 water requirements in a water.
4.1 potassium hydroxide.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 potassium hydroxide solution (100mmoL/L). Weigh potassium hydroxide (4.1) 5.611g in a plastic beaker, add appropriate amount of ultrapure water dissolved,
Transfer to 1L plastic flask.
Extract 4.4 Potassium hydroxide (5.0mmoL/L). exact Pipette 5.00mL potassium hydroxide solution (4.3) in a plastic 100mL volumetric flask,
Plus ultra-pure water to volume, and mix.
4.5 Fluoride standard stock solution (1000μg/mL). buy certified standard solution or by GB/T 602 provisions prepared.
4.6 bromide ion standard stock solution (1000μg/mL). buy certified standard solution or by GB/T 602 provisions prepared.
4.7 C18 cartridge (3.0mL), before use sequentially with 10mL acetonitrile (4.2), 10mL of ultrapure water activation.
4.8 aqueous microporous membrane. 0.22μm.
5. Apparatus
5.1 Ion Chromatography. Electrical conductivity detector.
