1 Scope

4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, all reagents were of analytical grade method, in line with two water water GB/T 6682-2008 requirements.
4.1 sodium peroxide.
4.2 sodium hydroxide.
4.3 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL).
4.4 sodium citrate.
Triethanolamine 4.5.
4.6 hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.19g/mL).
4.7 sodium fluoride.
4.8 phenol red.
4.9 nitric acid solution (12).
4.10 sodium hydroxide solution (0.05mol/L). Weigh 2.0g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in 1000mL of water, and mix.
4.11 sodium citrate solution (294g/L). Weigh 294g sodium citrate (4.4), dissolved in water and made up to 1000mL volumetric flask,
Mix well.
4.12 triethanolamine solution. Add 64mL of hydrochloric acid (4.6) in 100mL triethanolamine (4.5), a solution of sodium hydroxide (4.10) using
pH meter adjusted to pH6.5 ~ pH7.0, diluted with water to 500mL, and mix.
4.13 fluoro standard stock solution (2mg/mL). Weigh 2.211g at 120 ℃ drying 2h sodium fluoride (4.7), dissolved in water and transferred to
500mL volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. Immediately transferred to dry plastic bottles saved.
4.14 fluoro standard working solution (100μg/mL). Pipette 25.00mL fluorine stock standard solution (4.13) in 500mL volumetric flask
Dilute with water to volume, and mix. Immediately transferred to dry plastic bottles.
