4 Reagents and materials

4.1 acetonitrile. high performance liquid chromatography.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.3 N, N- dimethylformamide. high performance liquid chromatography.
4.4 n-hexane.
4.5 formic acid. High performance liquid chromatography.
Ammonium acetate 4.6. HPLC grade.
4.7 anhydrous sodium. excellent pure, 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in a desiccator.
4.8 0.005mol/L ammonium acetate solution (containing 0.05% formic acid). Accurately weigh 0.3854g ammonium acetate (4.6), dissolved in water and transferred
