1 Scope
This standard specifies the 25 kinds of food exports benzamides Pesticide Residues (see Appendix A) by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.
This standard applies to corn, spinach, mushrooms, apples, beans, chestnuts, tea, beef, beef liver, chicken, fish, milk 25 kinds of benzamide

3 Method summary
Sample with acetone - n-hexane shaking extraction, graphite carbon black SPE or neutral alumina solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography - mass
Spectrometer and validation, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, third grade water as water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.2 acetone. chromatography.
4.3 sodium chloride.
4.4 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 ℃ 4h, the dryer use.
4.5 acetone - n-hexane solution (12 volume). Take 100mL acetone, n-hexane was added 200mL, shake spare.
4.6 acetone - n-hexane solution (11 volume). Take 200mL acetone, 200mL of n-hexane was added, shake up.
4.7 benzamides pesticide standard substance. See Appendix A.
4.8 benzamides pesticide standard stock solution. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of benzene were taken amide pesticide standard substance with acetone formulated as
1000μg/mL standard stock solution, standard solution in the dark at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ preservation, preservation period of 6 months.
4.9 benzamides pesticide standard solution. according to testing requirements, were weighed each of the stock standard solution in the same volumetric flask with n-hexyl
Dilute to the mark alkoxy formulated as a suitable concentration of the standard working solution, the standard solution was stored in the dark at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃, storage period of one month.
4.10 graphitized carbon black SPE. 6mL500mg, or equivalent person.
4.11 neutral alumina SPE. 6mL500mg, or equivalent person.
5. Apparatus
5.1 Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry with electron impact ionization (EI source).
