GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 Method summary
After the sample is subjected to microwave digestion, it is introduced into an atomic absorption spectrophotometer to atomize and absorb lead 283.3 nm resonance line and cadmium.
228.8nm resonance line, within a certain concentration range, the absorption value is proportional to the lead and cadmium content, and compare it with lead and cadmium standard series to determine the sample.
Lead and cadmium content.
4 reagents and materials
The test water should meet the requirements of GB/T 6682 secondary water.
4.1 Nitric acid. excellent grade pure.
4.2 Nitric acid solution. 1+99.
4.3 Nitric acid solution. 1+9.
4.4 Lead standard stock solution. 1000μg/mL.
4.5 Cadmium standard stock solution. 1000μg/mL.
4.6 Lead standard working solution. Dilute the above stock solution (4.4) with nitric acid solution (4.2) to prepare a standard solution of 50 μg/mL.
4.7 Cadmium Standard Working Solution. Dilute the above stock solution (4.5) with nitric acid solution (4.2) to prepare a standard solution of 10 μg/mL.
5 instruments
The glass container and the digestion tank used were all soaked in a nitric acid solution (4.3) for more than 24 hours, rinsed with deionized water, dried, and set aside.
5.1 Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer with lead and cadmium hollow cathode lamps. See Appendix A for instrument operating conditions.
5.2 Microwave digestion system (with pressure control system). The sample digestion conditions are. pressure 0.5MPa, 1min; pressure 3.0MPa,
4min.
5.3 Temperature control heating plate.
6 sample preparation
Approximately 10 g of a representative sample was taken and cut into small pieces having a side length of about 5 mm × 5 mm, mixed, and placed in a sample bottle to be tested.
