| Summary | This standard specifies the use of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry determination of petroleum coke trace metals and sulfur content of the test method. This standard applies to raw petroleum coke or calcined petroleum coke samples, the determination of elements and their ranges are listed in Table 1. The limits of detection, sensitivity and elemental measurement of this standard will vary depending on the sample matrix, type of spectrometer, analytical crystal, and other instrument conditions and parameters. All trace metals are measured and reported in the form of elements. Table 1 shows the applicable elements of the method and its determination range. This method also applies to elements or ranges other than those listed in Table 1 if there are enough standard calibration samples to produce the correct calibration curve. However, the precision values ??provided by this method are not suitable beyond the scope of this method. (Here's a table) |
