| Summary | This standard specifies the use of vacuum capillary method to determine the emulsified asphalt residue drilling method. This standard can also be used to determine the viscosity of non-Newtonian fluids within the capabilities of the test equipment. This standard can be used to characterize the rheological properties of non-Newtonian fluids as a function of shear rate under test conditions. This standard uses a straight open-end tube-type viscometer and U-tube viscometer test. This standard without special instructions, the usual test conditions for the temperature of 60 , the degree of vacuum 300mmHg 0.5mmHg. This standard viscosity measurement range of 5Pa s ~ 50000Pa s. Note: This standard is also applicable to other temperatures and vacuum use, but the accuracy of this standard is based on the viscosity of 60 data obtained. |
