This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is a revision of LY/T 1115-1993 "Plywood for Table Tennis Shoots". This standard is compared with LY/T 1115-1993 The technical changes are as follows. ---Remove Class III plywood and eliminate product classification; --- Increased the name of common tree species; --- Increased the thickness requirements of the surface veneer; --- Increased the requirement that the adhesive layer allows the addition of fibrous materials; ---Delete the surface scraping processing method; --- Revised the requirements for thickness deviation; --- Increase edge straightness deviation; --- The plate is modified from the difference between the two diagonal lines to determine the verticality; ---The panel level is changed from A and B to superior and qualified products; --- Improve the appearance quality requirements of panels and back panels; --- Increased the requirement for formaldehyde emission. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of plywood for table tennis bats. This standard is applicable to plywood for table tennis bats composed of veneers.

3.1 Tree species Commonly used tree species are eucalyptus, aspen, eucalyptus, paulownia, and Huangliu'an. 3.2 Board structure 3.2.1 The structure shall comply with the provisions of 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.7, 3.8 of GB/T 9846.3-2004. 3.2.2 The thickness of the table should not be less than 0.6mm. 3.2.3 Plywood for table tennis bats made of other materials, the thickness of natural wood should not be less than 85%. 3.2.4 The bonding layer allows the addition of fibrous material, but the thickness shall not exceed 7.5% or 0.35 mm of the thickness of the substrate, whichever is less. 3.3 Specifications and deviations 3.3.1 The size of the plywood for table tennis bat is as specified in Table 1. ......
