3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Quantum dot atomic luminescent materials coated with super semiconductors.
4 Principle
The aflatoxin B1 antigen in the sample and the aflatoxin B1 antigen fixed on the detection line T line and the superconducting amount point labeled aflatoxin
The fluorescence signal read by the fluorescence analyzer is inversely proportional to the aflatoxin B1 content in the sample.
The aflatoxin B1 content in the sample can be automatically calculated by setting the curve.
5 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents used are of analytical grade and the water used in the laboratory should meet the requirements for grade 3 water in GB/T 6682.
5.1 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4).
5.2 Sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH2PO4).
5.3 Potassium chloride (KCl).
5.4 Tween 80 (C32H60O10).
5.5 Methanol (CH3OH).
5.6 Dilution buffer. weigh 3.5 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate (5.1), 1.5 g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (5.2), and 0.2 g of potassium chloride (5.3).
