1 Scope

GB/T 94 provisions of this part of the cone elastic gasket technical conditions. This section applies to the following tapered elastic washers. --- GB/T 956.3 tapered elastic washers; --- GB/T 9074.31 tapered elastic washers for assembly. This section can also be used for non-standard tapered elastic washers. Note 1. Conical spring washers help to balance the preload loss due to deformation and creep in the bolt/nut assembly. Tapered washers have the following capabilities. --- have enough flexibility to improve the connection of all the elastic side; --- The inherent elastic force can compensate for the loss of preload, to meet the clamping force requirements, to ensure the reliability of the connection.
