This Standard is part of the national standard "pins" product series. The series include. a) Split pins. GB/T 91; b) Tapered pins. GB/T 117, GB/T 118, GB/T 877 and GB/T 881; c) Cylindrical pins. Change the nominal size of 12mm to the size allowed by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer (Table 1); c) Add the nominal size of the split pin for bolts and U-shape pins (Table 1); d) Add the recommended pin hole diameter tolerance. Use the recommended size for rails and U-shape pins [Corner notes 1), 2) in Table 1]; e) Adjust the requirements and methods for bending test of split pins (Toughness in Table 3); f) Add the requirement items for work quality of split pins (Work quality ○1 and ○2 in Table 3).
