3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
The ratio of the magnetization intensity M to the magnetic field intensity H of a material under the action of a magnetic field.
Note. See Appendix A for further explanation on magnetic susceptibility.
4 Instruments and Equipment
4.1 Diamond Susceptibility Analyzer
4.1.1 Measuring range. 0~999.9×10-5(SI).
4.1.2 Sensitivity. not greater than 0.1×10-5 (SI).
4.1.3 Repeat accuracy (95% confidence level). no greater than (1%X±0.1)×10-5(SI), X is the magnetic susceptibility of the sample being tested.
4.2 Sample tube
4.2.1 The sample tube is made of nylon material. Its shape and size are shown in Figure 1.
