This document applies to superabrasive products containing diamond or cubic boron nitride, including grinding and cutting wheels, diamond circular saw blades, metal
Diamond wire saws, grinding heads, grinding wheels for construction and civil engineering.
This document does not apply to ordinary abrasive bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, rotary dressing tools, dressers, or any non-rotating superabrasive products.

3 Terms and definitions

A machine with a fixed position during operation.
Note 1.Including fixed swing frame machines and mobile machines that are firmly fixed during use.
Note 2.Transportable machines that are fixed in position when working are also considered stationary machines.
