1 Scope
This standard specifies the feed deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase (DON) immunoaffinity column clean - high performance liquid chromatographic method.
This standard applies to feed materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplement feed deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase (DON) measurement.
The standard quantitative limit of 0.1mg/kg.

4 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water to comply with two water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.3 polyethylene glycol (polyethyleneglycol, M = 8000).
4.4 HPLC mobile phase. Measure 100mL acetonitrile (4.2) to 1000mL volumetric flask, add water volume to 1000mL. mixing
Even through 0.45μm filter and set aside.
4.5 deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase (deoxynivalenol) Standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.6 deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard with methanol (4.1) dubbed
Concentration of 0.1mg/mL standard stock solution stored at -20 ℃ refrigerator can be used for 3 months.
4.7 deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard working solution. deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard solution (4.6) with the mobile phase (4.4) and diluting
0.1μg/mL, 0.5μg/mL, 1.0μg/mL, 5.0μg/mL, 10.0μg/mL concentrations of deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase working standard solution.
Deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard working solution stored at 2 ℃ ~ 8 ℃ refrigerator can be used for 7 days.
