Passenger low temperature performance test method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test conditions, test methods and other passenger temperature performance tests.
This standard applies only to passenger cars, other vehicles may be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Low temperature performance lowtemperatureperformance
At a predetermined low temperature environment, the ability to work in a passenger vehicle.
4 test equipment and precision
4.1 integrated meteorological instrument (pressure, temperature and anemometer) 2.5 accuracy.
4.2 Thermometer (-50 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, ± 1.5 ℃ or 1.5 accuracy).
4.3 electro-hydraulic hydrometer (Density ± 0.005).
4.4 dynamometer (0.5 precision).
4.5 steering wheel dynamometer (0.5 precision).
4.6 tachograph (automatic recording current, voltage, speed and time of starting and when driving).
a) ammeter (0A ~ 1000A, 2.5 grade accuracy);
b) voltmeter (0V ~ 30V, 1.0 grade accuracy);
c) the engine tachometer (Class 1 accuracy, precision mileage parameters 0.5);
d) the timer (0h ~ 24h, ± 1s and 0s ~ 60s, ± 0.2s).
5 Test conditions
5.1 The test shall be at a low temperature environment (laboratory or natural conditions) were static test ambient temperature is below -30 ℃, road test
The average ambient temperature is not lower than -20 ℃. Front and static tests, the test vehicles should ensure that at ambient temperatures in parked over 8h before testing.
5.2 To ensure the accuracy of the test, was examined in parts shall meet the design requirements, performance parameters adjusted to a predetermined range.
