Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 1604-1995 "Rules for Acceptance of Commercial Pesticides". Compared with GB/T 1604-1995, the main differences are structural adjustments and revisions.
Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added terms and definitions for the quality guarantee period (see 3.1);
---Added product label information for pesticide products (see 4.2);
---Added procedures for handling cases where the receiving unit discovers problems with pesticide products (see 4.4).

Commercial Pesticide Acceptance Rules
1 Scope
This document stipulates the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the supplier and the buyer in the acceptance of commercial pesticide technical materials, technical grade pesticides, and processed formulations, and provides technical support.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Quality guarantee period. shelflife
The period during which pesticide product quality is guaranteed under specified storage conditions.
Note. During this period, the quality of the product must meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
4.Acceptance Rules
4.1 Before leaving the factory, pesticide products should be inspected by the manufacturer according to the product's technical standards to ensure that all inspection items meet the standards.
Standard requirements. Pesticide manufacturers are responsible for product quality.
4.2 Pesticide products shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and label upon leaving the factory, including. pesticide name, formulation, active ingredient and its content, and pesticide...
Registration certificate number, product quality standard number, pesticide production license number, pesticide category and its color-coded label, product performance, toxicity and its labeling, and usage instructions.
Scope of use, method of use and dosage, technical requirements and precautions, storage and transportation methods, production date, product batch number, quality assurance.
Date of pesticide production, net content, name and contact information of the pesticide registration certificate holder, traceable electronic information code, first aid measures for poisoning, and pictogram. Technical grade (mother)
The label of a pharmaceutical product should state, "This product is a raw material for pesticide formulation and must not be used on crops or other sites." It should also not specify the intended use.
Technical specifications and usage methods, except for those approved for direct use. Labels for pesticides that have been contract-processed or repackaged should also indicate the contract manufacturer.
The pesticide production license number, the name and contact information of the entrusted party, and the processing and packaging dates. The inner and outer packaging materials and packaging specifications for pesticide products.
The packaging markings should meet the requirements of GB 3796.
4.3 During the quality guarantee period of pesticide products, the receiving unit (seller, user) has the right and shall comply with the product quality standards and the provisions of 4.2.
The regulations stipulate that incoming goods inspection shall be carried out within the inspection period agreed upon in the sales contract, and the received products shall be verified to ensure they meet the requirements and that the products are qualified.
