test.
Tunnel lighting is not required wind test.
NOTE. Considering the effects of vibration may be generated, to be considered together with the light source lamp and the pole may be used.
6.3.1 Static Load Testing of poles mounted on the mast (column) or external lamps and mast member
When the installation of lighting or outer member, so that the most severe load bearing surface.
The most severe surface is determined by calculating the maximum value of Cd × S.
among them.
Cd --- drag coefficient;
S --- receiving area (m2) load.
Drag coefficient determined by the shape of the surface. The Cd is not measured for the lamp or the outer member, the value should be 1.2 Cd.
Note 1. Cd measurement, see Appendix A.
Shall locking assembly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
10min constant load is applied uniformly distributed on the surface of the most severe.
Note 2. Equivalent load distribution method shown in Figure 1. If the bag, can be charged with sand, sand lead or lead pellets.
The load should be equal to F = 1/2Rh × S × Cd × V2 (N)
among them.
RH --- equal to 1.225kg/m3 (air density);
--- wind speed V (m/s).
With respect to the outer member or mounting fixture height wind speed should be.
Does not exceed the height of 8m, V = 45m/s (163km/h);
Over 8m height not exceeding 15m, V = 52m/s (188km/h);
Height of more than 15m, V = 57m/s (205km/h).
Note 3. In some countries, the wind speed by the national standards (such as Japan).
Drag coefficient is 1.2 (or exact value measured according to Appendix A).
After the test, the lamp should be no safety hazards perceived failure, permanent deformation of the fixed point can not exceed 2cm/m is the slope, and not
Rotated about a fixed point.
6.4 If the socket can not be guaranteed using a single light source the correct position, the device should provide adequate support.
For the adjustable optical component or the socket be provided with appropriate reference numerals.
Compliance is checked by inspection.

--- to c), visual inspection.
Luminaire manufacturer shall provide a statement of the use of protective laboratory methods.
6.5.1 Use of a glass can be broken into small pieces protection
Lamps and glass need not be pretreated prior to testing.
Flat glass, the entire area of the glass member supporting it, in order to ensure nibs (sheet) is not scattered by broken glass, and prevents
Groats (sheet) moves. 30mm glass toward the center from the midpoint of one of the long sides of the glass, with the center punch head break the glass.
Note 1. is a center punch with a tip tool steel.
The shaped glass, the support member should be (the test method is an example of all surfaces can be used, such as soil or sand
s material). The thickness of the material used as the support surface should be greater than 30mm. To avoid nibs (sheet) of any movement, the glass surface should be a
Adhesive film layer completely covers. In the cover glass with a center punch (from the inner surface or outer surface) of the center of impact of the glass.
The fragmentation of 5min, a glass within the boundary, estimating the thickest 50mm square area of several regional centers fragmentation nibs (pieces)
Number.
Eligibility. If nibs (sheet) within a 50mm square area is larger than the number of 40, a glass is considered by this test. Full thicker than glass
Of small crushed glass (sheet) are not counted. The glass is small, the size of the area of 50mm × 50mm insufficient, should reach nibs (pieces)
The number reduced proportionately. Groats (sheet) of all sizes should be less than 50mm.
When the nibs (sheet) within a 50mm square area the number of the total number, should be in the middle of square nibs (sheet) plus the number of those edges of the broken
Number of particles (pieces). For nibs (sheet) at the edge of the square, the number of recommendations through all nibs (sheet) of two adjacent sides, the other two through ignoring
All sides of the nibs (sheet) Number (see Figure 2).
Note 2. A suitable number of nibs (sheet) is first 50mm square transparent materials on glass cover, and then counted in each square has a grain
By one point on the ink (film).
Note 3. When a sample holding block further, the crack is typically displayed by a broken, and thus determines nibs (sheet) size and number, unless the use of reinforcing glass
Measures or coating.
NOTE 4. If applicable, the range of 30mm measured from the glass side of the area is not, the hole or machining, or is not in a circle around the point of impact of 50mm.
6.5.2 Use of high impact strength of the cover glass
6.5.2.1 glass should have a high mechanical strength
Lamps and glass should be pretreated GB 7000.1 12.3 a durability test.
Test shall be performed on the outer surface and mounted on the lamp glass (surface light source) on a sample.
The test procedure shall be in accordance with the standard GB/T 20138-2006 conduct the test equipment used is in line with the pendulum GB/T 2423.55-2006 of
Vertical drop hammer or a hammer.
Eligibility. The impact of the impact energy in 5J (IK08) glass should not be broken.
6.5.2.2 glass sheet should not be broken into large blocks
Glass shall be tested in the same test sequence 6.5.1.
Eligibility. If nibs in a square side length of 50mm (sheet) is larger than the number of 20, a glass is considered by this test. Full thicker than glass
Of small crushed glass (sheet) are not counted. Not small size 50mm × 50mm glass region, should reach nibs (sheet) by the number of ratio
Cases reduction. Groats (sheet) of all sizes should be less than 50mm.
6.6 Synthesis Column lamp connecting chamber should provide enough space below the door member bore.
--- lamp terminals;
---protective device;
--- Power cable termination and loop connection;
--- junction box (if any).
Connecting chamber should be provided for these devices in a fixed manner, if such a device is metallic, corrosion-resistant materials should be used or with a suitable protection to
Prevent corrosion.
About 6.7 load calculation and design verification test, in addition to the outer member, the synthesis column lamps should meet ISO standard (if any),
