5.1 statistical range
5.1.1 bitumen-based waterproofing membrane overall energy consumption

5.2.2 Calculation of energy consumption per unit of product

5.2.3 standard coal conversion

5.3 Energy Monitoring point settings
Set point measuring instrument of energy shall meet the following requirements.
a) modified bitumen systems and products shaping the energy monitoring system should be set point;
b) environmental protection facilities should be set power monitoring points;
c) enterprises to use coal, fuel oil, natural gas and other fuels should be separately the amount of statistics;
d) companies use natural gas as an energy source should be set flow meter (unit), respectively, according to statistics the amount of product;
e) laboratory, office, warehouse and other measures should be taken, according to the statistics of electricity products respectively, with fever.
5.4 Record
Enterprises should establish energy management systems and energy statistical reporting system, energy statistics report data should be traceable to the measurement test record. can

a) materials storing electricity consumption statistics;
b) Preparation of raw electricity consumption statistics;
c) bitumen-based waterproofing membrane product line production of electricity consumption statistics;
d) bitumen-based waterproofing membrane fuel production statistics;
e) environmental protection facilities of electricity consumption statistics;

6 and energy management measures
6.1 basic management of energy-saving
6.1.1 Enterprises should establish energy management system in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 23331 requirements.
6.1.2 The enterprise should review the amount of fuel consumed per unit of production and consumption assessment, the establishment of energy accountability.
