This Standard replaces some indicators in GB 19645-2005 Hygienic Standard for Pasteurized and Sterilized Milk, GB 5408.1-1999 Pasteurized Milk, and GB 5408.2-1999 Sterilized Milk; for GB 5408.1-1991 Pasteurized Milk, and GB 5408.2-1999 Sterilized Milk, the indicators involved in this Standard shall be subject to this Standard. Compared with GB 19645-2005, this Standard mainly has the following changes. --- Hygienic Standard for Pasteurized and Sterilized Milk is divided into three standards, namely, Pasteurized Milk, Sterilized Milk; and Modified Milk, and this Standard is Modified Milk.
