This Standard replaced QC/T 201-1995 Dimensions of Thermoplastic Tubing Connectors for Automotive Air Brake Systems. Compared with QC/T 201-1995, this Standard has the major technical changes as follows: --- Modify the standard name; --- Modify the definitions of the tubing connection body (see 2.3 of this Edition; 2.3 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify the roughness requirements of union nut (see Figure 2 of this Edition; Figure 2 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify the roughness requirements of cutting ferrule; and add circle runout requirements of the sealing cone (see Figure 3 of this Edition; Figure 3 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify some dimensions of the cutting ferrule size series (see Table 2 of this Edition; Table 2 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify the roughness requirements of bushing and the fillet tolerance value (see Figure 4 of this Edition; Figure 4 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify some dimensions of the bushing size series (see Table 3 of this Edition; Table 3 of 1995 Edition); --- Modify the roughness requirements of tubing connection body; add circle runout requirements of the sealing cone (see Figure 5 of this Edition; Figure 5 of 1995 Edition); --- Add marking method (see Clause 5). This Standard was proposed by and under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Automobiles (SAC/TC 114). Drafting organizations of this Standard: China FAW Co., Ltd. R&D Center; and Changchun Chinaust Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. Chief drafting staffs of this Standard: Tianbo, Yang Guanhua, Hao Chunyu, Chen Yuchao, and Liu Zhaoying. The historical edition replaced by this Standard is as follows: Dimensions of Polyamide Tubing Connectors for Automotive Air Brake Systems 1 Scope This Standard specifies the type, dimension series, marking method of the polyamide tubing connectors for automotive air brake systems. This Standard is applicable to the polyamide tubing connectors for automotive air brake systems. 2 Terms and Definitions For the purpose of this Standard, the following terms and definitions apply. 2.1 Tubing The polyamide tube with certain length and without any connecting piece. 2.2 Connector The general term for connecting components such as union nut, cutting ferrule, bushing, etc., which together form an assembly with the tube. 2.3 Connection body The connecting components such as straight joint, elbow joint, three-way joint, multi- way joint, which are used together with the connector. 3 Assembly Relationship Schematic Diagram The assembly relationship schematic diagram can refer to Figure 1. ......
