Its height shall not exceed 12 mm. If the test piece has a special structure, a higher size may be used; however, its maximum height shall be just enough to prevent the test piece from moving. 6.2.2 Flat plate The flat plate is used to measure the outer dimensions of the mattress. The recommended size is 2000 mm × 2400 mm. The surface shall be hard and flat. The overall flatness tolerance of the flat plate shall be 2 mm/1000 mm. 6.2.3 Aluminum alloy square tube The cross-sectional dimensions are 40 mm × 40 mm; the wall thickness is 2 mm; the length is about 3000 mm; the straightness is 2 mm/1000 mm; the mass is (2500 ± 12.5) g. 6.3 Dimensional deviation Test according to the method of QB/T 1952.2. 6.4 Diagonal deviation of mattress surface Tested according to the method of QB/T 1952.2. 6.5 Other appearance and sensory inspection No.5 ~ 22 (a total of 18 items) in Table 3 shall be inspected under natural light or approximate natural light, which has an illumination of 300 lx ~ 600 lx; the floating line length shall be measured with a steel ruler which has an accuracy not less than Class II. In case of dispute, three people shall jointly inspect; the majority of the same conclusions shall be the evaluation value. 6.6 Physical and chemical properties of textile fabrics 6.6.1 Anti-pilling performance The anti-pilling performance shall be measured according to the method of GB/T 4802.2. The test load for woven fabrics is (415 ± 2) g; the test load for knitted fabrics is (155 ± 1) g. 6.6.2 Color fastness to dry rubbing Tested according to the method of GB/T 3920-2008. 6.7 Rebound rate It is measured according to method A of GB/T 6670-2008. 6.8 Compression permanent deformation Perform a compression permanent deformation test of (75 ± 4)% according to method A of 7.2 of GB/T 6669-2008 (compression at 70 °C). 6.9 Tensile strength It is tested according to the method of GB/T 6344-2008; the test speed is (500 ± 50) mm/min; the specimen thickness is 10 mm ~ 15 mm, type I specimen, effective gauge length is 50 mm, the number of specimens is 5. 6.10 Change rate of tensile strength after dry heat aging Perform dry heat aging test according to the method of GB/T 9640-2008; the test temperature is (105 ± 2) °C, placed for 16 h; then test the tensile strength according to 6.9; calculate the change rate of tensile strength after dry heat aging, the number of specimens is 5. 6.11 Mass loss after dry heat aging Take a specimen with a size of 100 mm × 100 mm × 25 mm. Place it in a standard environment at a temperature of (23 ± 2) °C and a relative humidity of (50 ± 5)%, until constant weight. Weigh it (m0). Then place it in an oven at a temperature of (105 ± 2) °C for 48 hours. Weigh it (m1). Calculate the mass loss after dry heat aging. The number of specimens is 5. The mass loss after dry heat aging is calculated according to formula (1): 6.21 Mite inhibition rate (functional characteristics) Tested according to the method of QB/T 1952.2. 6.22 Durability Tested according to the method of QB/T 1952.2. 6.23 Odor According to the method in 6.7 of GB 18401-2010, test the 6 sides of the specimen separately. 6.24 Sign Check whether the product has a sign and whether the content complies with the provisions of 8.1. 6.25 Instructions for use Check whether the product has instructions for use and whether the content complies with the provisions of 8.2. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Exit-factory inspection 7.2.1 Exit-factory inspection items Exit-factory inspection is an inspection conducted when the product leaves the factory or is delivered. Serial No.1 ~ 22, 53 ~ 55 (a total of 25 items) in Table 3 are exit-factory inspection items. 7.2.2 Sampling and group-batching rules Exit-factory inspection shall be 100% conducted. If it is difficult to conduct 100% inspection due to large batches, sampling inspection can be implemented. The sampling inspection method is based on the provisions of GB/T 2828.1-2012, using normal inspection, one-time sampling plan, general inspection level II, quality acceptance limit (AQL) of 6.5; the sample size and judgment value are as shown in Table 4. b) Product quality grade; o) Main place of use of the product d) Implementation standard number; e) Inspection certificate, production date; f) Chinese manufacturer's name and address; g) Mite inhibition rate (functional characteristics) (if any). 8.2 Instructions for use The main contents of the product instructions for use shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5296.6. It shall include at least: a) Product name, model and specifications, implementation standard number; b) Product quality grade; c) Main place of use of the product; d) Types of main materials and parts of use (fabric, composite fabric, padding, core material); e) Product use methods and precautions; f) Product warranty period; g) Mite inhibition rate (functional characteristics) (if any). 8.3 Packaging Products shall be packaged to prevent contamination and damage. 8.4 Transportation and storage 8.4.1 During transportation and storage, the product shall be stacked flat to prevent scratches and local heavy pressure; necessary protection shall be taken to prevent pollution, insect damage, moisture, sun exposure. 8.4.2 During storage, the products shall be stacked according to category and specification. ......
