1 Scope

This Part of JB/T 4279 specifies the verification items and technical requirements, verification instruments, verification methods and processing of verification results for the static friction coefficient tester of enameled round wire. This Part is applicable to the verification of static friction coefficient tester of enameled round wire.

2 Normative references

3 Verification items and technical requirements

3.1 The base plate (slide plate) of the tester for placing samples shall be flat, not less than 300 mm in length and not less than 80 mm in width, and shall be able to fix the enameled wire sample. 3.2 The moving plate (slide block) of the tester for placing samples shall be flat, not less than 80 mm in length and not less than 80 mm in width, and shall be able to fix the enameled wire sample. 3.3 If the tester displays the static friction coefficient by angle, its angular velocity shall be 1 (°)/s ± 0.5 (°)/s; if it displays the static friction coefficient by changing the static force, the speed of changing the force shall be 0 N/s ~ 0.1 N/s. 3.4 During the test, when the sample moving plate (slide block) of the tester slides on the base plate (slide plate), the base plate (slide plate) of the tester shall stop moving and display the angle or static friction coefficient. The angle error at an inclination angle of 10° shall be less than 20’; the error of static friction coefficient at an inclination angle of 10° shall be less than 0.005. 3.5 The mass of the moving plate (slide block) of the tester on which the sample is placed shall consist of the basic moving plate (slide block) and the load moving plate (slide block). The mass of the basic moving plate (slide block) is 50 g ± 5 g; the mass of the load moving plate (slide block) can be composed of multiple load moving plates (slide blocks) (500 g ± 50 g).

4 Verification instruments

4.1 Vernier caliper, 125 mm, graduation value 0.02 mm. 4.2 Steel measuring tape, 2 m, graduation value 1 mm. 4.3 Vernier protractor, graduation value 5'. 4.4 Mount pan balance, graduation 0.1 g; Class III. 4.5 Stopwatch, graduation value 0.1 s. 4.6 Q-1 enameled wire tester (referred to as Q-1 tester).

5 Verification method

5.1 General inspection 5.1.1 Visually inspected, the base plate (slide plate) and moving plate (slide block) of the tester shall be flat, without any obstruction to the normal sliding of the moving plate (slide block), and shall not deform for a long time. 5.1.2 After the moving plate (slide block) of the tester moves, the digital display of the tester shall be able to immediately record the value before the moving plate (slide block) moves. 5.2 Measurement of size of the base plate (slide plate) Use a vernier caliper to measure the size of the base plate (slide plate), which shall meet the requirements of 3.1. 5.3 Measurement of size of the moving plate (slide block) Use a vernier caliper to measure the size of the moving plate (slide block), which shall meet the requirements of 3.2. ......
