Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JB/T 10236-2001 "Rolling bearings - Specifications of vibration
(velocity) for tapered roller bearings". Compared with JB/T 10236-2001, the main
technical changes are as follows:
- MODIFY the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1; Chapter 1 of the
2001 edition);
- MODIFY the division method of vibration (speed) limits (see Table 1; Table 1 of
the 2001 edition);
- MODIFY the vibration (speed) limits of small-size tapered roller bearings (see
Table 1; Table 1 of the 2001 edition);
- ADD the vibration (speed) limits for large-size tapered roller bearings (see Table
1);
- MODIFY the vibration (speed) measurement method of tapered roller bearings (see
Chapter 6; Chapter 5 of the 2001 edition);
- ADD the vibration (speed) limits for large taper angle tapered roller bearings (see
Appendix A).
This standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Rolling Bearing
Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 98).

bearings - Specifications
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical conditions for vibration (speed) of single-row
tapered roller bearings, which have a nominal outer diameter of 30 mm ~ 200 mm.
Group V specified in this standard is the basic requirement for vibration (speed) of
general bearings. Group V1, Group V2, Group V3 are suitable for bearings which have
higher requirements for vibration (speed). This standard applies to production
inspection and user acceptance of tapered roller bearings.
