1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and
storage of cemented carbide products.
This Standard is applicable to the cemented carbide products.
2 Normative References
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the
dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this
document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the
amendments) are applicable to this document.

3 Marking
3.1 Classification of marking
Marking include nameplate, label, certificate of conformity, and quality certificate.
Nameplate and label belong to the outer mark of the product and are attached to the
outer surface of the packaging container. The certificate of conformity and quality
certificate belong to the inner mark of the product, and placed in the packaging
container.
The label is divided into outer label and inner label according to the different packaging
containers. The outer label is attached (hung) on the outer surface of the packaging
cabinet (barrel); while the inner label is attached on the outer surface of the packaging
box (bag).
3.2 Requirements of marking
3.2.1 The outer surface of each box (bag) of the product shall be affixed with an inner
label; each batch of products shall contain a certificate of conformity, quality certificate
determined by the supplier. The certificate of conformity shall indicate:
a) Name of supplier;
b) Trademark;
c) Product standard number;
d) Seal of technical supervision department;
e) Date of inspection.
3.2.6 The format, color, size and shape of the quality certificate shall be determined by
the supplier. The content of the quality certificate shall conform to the provisions of the
corresponding product standards.
4 Packaging
4.1 The material of the packaging container of the product may be made of paper,
plastic, wood, iron barrels and other easily recycled and environmentally friendly
materials.
4.2 According to the type of product, appropriate packaging methods (bags, boxes,
cabinets, barrels or other packaging methods, etc.) shall be used. The specific
packaging method may also be determined through consultation between the supplier
and the purchaser. The products are fragile, and care shall be taken to avoid collision
when packaging to avoid damage.
4.3 According to the type of product and packaging method, determine whether to use
packing fillers; in principle, products packed in wooden boxes or cartons shall use
packing fillers. Filler materials include bubble pad, cardboard, paper scraps, sponge,
cotton and other environmentally friendly materials.
4.4 Each product with independent packaging unit shall be the products with the same
designation and the same model.
5 Transportation
5.1 Products may be transported by means of trains, cars, ships, planes and other
transporting tools.
5.2 The train carriages, car carriages, ship cabins and containers that ship the products
shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants.
