General principles for pulp molding products 1 Scope This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of pulp molding products, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the production, inspection, and sale of all pulp molding products, except pulp molding products for food contact. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. Microwave digestion method is used for pretreatment. Lead (Pb), chromium (Cr) and cadmium (Cd) can also be determined according to the provisions of GB 31604.49. In case of arbitration, it is determined according to the provisions of GB 31604.49. The sum of the determined values of the 4 heavy metals is the total amount of heavy metals (Pb, Cr, Hg, Cd). 6.3 Polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers It is determined according to the provisions of GB/T 26125. 6.4 Organically bound chlorine It is determined according to the provisions of GB/T 22904. 6.5 Phthalates It is determined according to the provisions of GB/T 37860. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the pulp molding products produced meet the requirements of Clause 5. The delivery quantity of pulp molding products continuously produced with the same specifications, the same raw materials, and the same process is one batch, and each batch shall not exceed 10 thousand. 7.2 The counting sampling inspection procedure is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 2828.1. The sample unit of pulp molding products is a box or a bundle. Acceptance quality limit (AQL): AQL = 4.0 for heavy metals, polybrominated ......
