This document applies to the customized manufacturing of home appliances. 2 Normative references There are no normative references in this document. 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 customized manufacturing A mode of production of designing, manufacturing and providing customers with differentiated products and services, according to the needs of different customers. 3.2 customized electrical appliances Differentiated home appliances which are customer-oriented, and usually based on modular design and manufacturing. Note 1: The differentiation of home appliance products (or the differentiation of customer needs) can be reflected on the differences in functions, performance, structural form, unit (module) composition, network support, appearance and color of the products that can be recognized by customers. Note 2: Only the difference in the marked content of the product model (specification) is not considered to be product differentiation. Note 3: Customers usually choose customized home appliances within the specified modular design range. 3.3 customization information Information containing differentiated needs of customers and product purchase requirements for corresponding needs. 3.4 sensitive data Data information which, once leaked or modified, will cause loss to the user’s privacy and (the manufacturer's) commercial interests. Note: The sensitive data involved includes but is not limited to user information such as the user's ID number, home address, contact number, e-mail, user name and password, communication records, bills, communication time and positioning data, as well as product service data information (such as user preference information of program used, usage frequency, usage time, usage habits, etc.). 3.5 customization process The whole process from the acquisition and transmission of customization information to the design, production, testing and certification of customized home appliances, and to logistics, delivery and after-sales service. Note: The delivery includes the necessary installation and commissioning. 3.6 information nodes The connection points between several necessary links from the acquisition and transmission of customization information to the design, production, product delivery, and after-sales service of the customized product. 3.7 customized module A common stand-alone unit that constitutes different customized home appliances. 4.4 The enterprise should establish a monitoring, early-warning and evaluation mechanism for the risks of the whole customization process, and establish an emergency response mechanism for possible problems in the whole customization process, so as to control the potential risks to a minimum. 4.5 In order to ensure the product quality and safety of customized household electrical appliances, the enterprise should consider establishing a traceable enterprise quality management operation system suitable for the business of customized household electrical appliances. 5 Customization information 5.1 General Enterprises should consider establishing traceable customization information collection/acquisition, identification/confirmation, conversion and transmission procedures, to ensure that customization information sources are authentic, information representation is accurate, differentiated requirements are within the scope of customization, and each information node can obtain and use customization information in a timely and accurate manner. Note: The customization information that needs to be obtained mainly includes the basic characteristics of the customer, the problems to be solved for the customer, the customer's purchase or use of the product, the customer's requirements for the product structure or function, and customer’s comment and feedback. 5.2 Customization information acquisition and identification 5.2.1 Enterprises obtain customization information from customers from the following ways, including but not limited to: a) Market research: including questionnaire survey, telephone survey, observation survey, etc.; b) Network research: including network questionnaires, web page information capture, enterprise official websites, etc.; c) Enterprise internal data mining: Perform mining and analysis of customer basic information, order information, complaint feedback and other information in the internal database of the enterprise, to study customer consumption habits, usage behavior data, etc.; d) Offline research: Understand customer needs through offline experience store activities, mall and community activities, exhibitions and other channels. 5.2.2 Enterprises should set up a platform or a channel for customers to choose customized electrical appliance products and submit customization information. The platform or channel includes but is not limited to the following functions: a) obtaining user’s needs and ideas, and supporting relevant parties to interact needs and ideas in real time; b) providing the name, functions, etc. of the customized module for home appliances; c) displaying the function, performance, price and other information of customized home appliances (according to the customer's choice). 5.2.3 Enterprises should identify and confirm the obtained customization information, including at least: a) authenticity and accuracy of the customization information: to ensure that the customization information is the real demand of the customer, and the expression is accurate (such as the correspondence between the customer's non-professional description and the concept of professional terminology); b) types and sources of the customization information, delivery requirements for customized products, etc.; c) reasonableness and legality of the customization information (without violating national laws, regulations and mandatory national/industry standards); d) fixing of the customization information: converting customization information agreed with customers into product orders, and accurately recording product customization demand information. 5.2.4 In the process of obtaining and identifying customization information, enterprises should consider: a) avoiding excessive requests for information from customers; b) developing rules for modification of submitted customization information from customers. 5.3 Conversion of customization information After analyzing the customization information fed back by customers, transform it into product technical requirements that can effectively guide design and production, including characteristics of parts and assemblies, process characteristics, production plans, etc., so as to carry out Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and build house of quality and product design decision-making. For the steps of Quality Function Deployment, refer to C.3.2 in GB/T 34450-2017. 6.2.2 After the customized product design is completed, communicate with the customer and confirm the design plan (including but not limited to demand information, product appearance, product function, design elements, etc.). 6.2.3 Customized product design documents shall be able to clearly convey the design requirements of manufacturing, processing, testing and inspection. The design document should be kept complete and accurate, and the documentation should be updated in a timely manner when changes occur. 6.3 Design scheme formulation For the formulation of the design scheme of customized household electrical appliances, refer to 6.3 of GB/T 39102-2020. 6.4 Changes in design For changes in design of customized household electrical appliances, refer to 6.4 of GB/T 39102-2020. 6.5 Design method 6.5.1 Modular design Modular design is the basis for customized manufacturing of household electrical appliances. According to the customization requirements of home appliances, and the technology and product characteristics, combine different modules to form a complete design scheme of the customized electrical appliances. Enterprises divide modules through functional analysis and other methods, carry out module structure design, parameter adjustment and module configuration for customized products, and complete module system library and modular design documents. If there are structural and functional changes between different modules, it should be able to determine which modules and components will be affected, and which parameters will be specifically affected, so as to determine the degree of impact on product design and function realization. Where home appliance enterprises adopt modular design, refer to GB/T 34450-2017 for specific methods. 6.5.2 Configuration design Configuration design means, on the basis of the enterprise’s standardized and serialized product main structure, according to the options of the customer’s customization requirements, completing the customized manufacturing design of household electrical appliances through appropriate configuration rules. ......
