This Standard is applicable to copper-silver alloy rectangular wire used in the power and electrical industries (hereinafter referred to as the rectangular wire). 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 231.1, Metallic materials - Brinell hardness test - Part 1: Test method GB/T 232, Metallic materials - Bend test GB/T 351, Metallic materials - Resistivity measurement method GB/T 2828.1, Sampling procedures for inspection by attributea - Part 1: Sampling schemes indexed by acceptance quality limit (AQL) for lot-by-lot inspection GB/T 5121 (all parts), Methods for chemical analysis of copper and copper alloys GB/T 8170, Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgement of limiting values GB/T 8888, Wrought heavy non-ferrous metal products - Packing, marking, transportation, storing and certificate of quality GB/T 23606, Copper-hydrogen embrittlement test method GB/T 26303.2, Measuring methods for dimensions and shapes of wrought copper and copper alloy - Part 2: Rod, wire and profile The electrical properties test of the rectangular wire is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 351 or GB/T 32791. The arbitration test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 351. 6.5 Hydrogen embrittlement test The hydrogen embrittlement test of the rectangular wire is carried out according to GB/T 23606. 6.6 Bending test The bending test of the flat rectangular is carried out according to GB/T 232. 6.7 Surface quality The surface quality of the rectangular wire shall be inspected visually. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection and acceptance 7.1.1 The rectangular wire is checked and inspected by the supplier or a third party to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this Standard and the purchase order. 7.1.2 The purchaser can inspect and accept the received rectangular wire in accordance with the provisions of this Standard. If the inspection result is not in conformity with the provisions of this Standard and the purchase order, it shall be submitted to the supplier in written form, and the supplier and the purchaser shall negotiate and resolve it. Objections that belong to size deviation and appearance quality shall be raised within one month from the date of receipt of the product. Objections related to other properties shall be raised within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, it shall be determined by both the supplier and the purchaser on the purchaser’s joint sampling or negotiation. 7.2 Batching The rectangular wire shall be submitted in batches for acceptance. Each batch shall be composed of the same designation, state and specification. The weight of each batch shall not exceed 2000kg. 7.3 Inspection items The inspection items of rectangular wire are divided into exit-factory inspection items and type inspection items, see Table 8. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: accompanying documents 8.1 Marks, packaging, transportation, storage The marks, packaging, transportation, storage of the rectangular wire shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8888. 8.2 Accompanying documents Each batch of products shall be accompanied by accompanying documents, which shall include supplier information, product information, reference of this Standard, date of manufacture or packaging date and shall also include: a) Product quality guarantee: ● Main performance and technical parameters of the product; ● Product characteristics (including the characteristics of manufacturing processes and raw materials); ● Responsibility for product quality; ● Quality certification of the product and the analysis and inspection results of the supplier's technical supervision department; b) Product certification: ● Inspection items and their results or inspection conclusions; ● Batch or batch number; ● Inspection date; ● Inspector's signature or seal; c) Inspection reports and finished product inspection reports during product quality control; d) Product instructions on use: correct handling, use, storage methods; e) Others. 9 Order form contents The purchaser can list the following contents in the order form for the rectangular wire listed in this Standard according to its own needs: ......
