4.2.1 The trademark shall be printed in a visible position after the product is
installed.
NOTE: Smart toilet logo can be printed on the lid.
4.2.2 Durability marking shall have performances of moisture and heat
resistance, hot water resistance, scrub resistance, abrasion resistance,
corrosion resistance and so on.
5 Equipment and materials
5.1 Steel ruler: division value is1mm, range is 1000mm.
5.2 Humidity chamber: temperature range is 20°C~100°C, humidity range is
20%~98%RH.
5.3 Water heater: it is advisable to heat the water to 60°C with a water outlet.
5.4 Weak cleaning agent: commercial cleaner with pH of 6.5~7.5.
5.5 Strong cleaning agent: commercial cleaner with pH of 9~10.
5.6 Concentrated hydrochloric acid: density is 1.19g/mL.
5.7 Potassium hydroxide solution: 200g/L.
5.8 Acetone: concentration is 99%.
6 Test methods of durability marking
6.1 Humidity and heat resistance test (Procedure A)
Place the sample in an environment with temperature of (40±2)°C and relative
humidity of (98±2)% for 48h. At a distance of about 300mm from the sample,
dry with air whose pressure does not exceed 200kPa. Visually observe the
changes in the marking.
6.2 Hot water resistance test (Procedure B)
Use flowing water at (55±5)°C for 5min. Use a wet cloth to wipe clean. At a
distance of about 300mm from the sample, dry with air whose pressure does
not exceed 200kPa. Visually observe the changes in the marking.
6.3 Scrub resistance test (Procedure C)
Use a normal non-abrasive sponge or cloth to scrub the marking in a weak
cleaning agent for 15s. Scrub 1 time per second. Use running water to rinse
