1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, statistic range and cycle, statistic
rules, statistic methods and statistic report involved in the statistic rules and methods
of the sanitary wares.
This Standard is applicable to the statistics of the sanitary ware products.

The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the
dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this
document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the
amendments) are applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 9195 and
GB/T 6952 and the following apply.
3.1 Statistic
The process of collecting, collating, calculating and analyzing the output data of the
sanitary ware products.
3.2 Natural number
The number of single sanitary wares in different categories.
NOTE: A single piece of sanitary ware product that are qualified with mass no less than 30kg
shall be regarded as a natural piece.
3.3 Standard number
The number of single-piece sanitary ware products after folding.
3.4 Product mass
A measure of the amount of a single piece of sanitary ware products.
NOTE: One mass unit shall take 20kg with unit of kg.
4 Statistic Range and Cycle
4.1 Statistic range
The statistic range of sanitary wares indicates the sanitary ware products that have
been produced and tested qualified by the manufacture. It includes the sitting WC pans,
squatting pans, urinals, washbasin, etc.
4.2 Statistic cycle
Take the unit time or the complete production cycle as the statistic cycle. The statistic
can’t be repeated or leaked during the statistic period.
5 Statistic Rules
5.1 Statistics by natural piece
In a statistic cycle, each piece of sanitary ware product shall be used as a statistic unit
to count the number of the products.
5.2 Statistics by standard piece
In a statistical cycle, after each piece of sanitary ware product is converted into the
standard number, count as per the Table 1.
