1 Scope

This standard specifies the permissible limits for rounding and chamfering of edges and corners in order to reduce the risk of injury to drivers or maintenance personnel when operating earth-moving machinery and performing maintenance work. This standard applies to the operation and maintenance passages and exit devices specified in GB/T 17299 and GB/T 17300 and the operating space for earth-moving machinery drivers specified in GB 8498.
