The main alloying elements are followed by a number representing their nominal mass fraction (the nominal mass fraction is the rounded integer value of the average mass fraction of the element). The letters "YZ" ("Y" and "Z" are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for "Ya" and "Zao" respectively) in front of the alloy designation indicate that it is a die casting alloy. 4.2 Representation methods for alloy codes In the alloy code, "YL" ("Y" and "L" are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for "Ya" and "Lü" respectively) indicates die casting aluminum alloy. The first digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 after YL respectively represent Al-Si, Al-Cu, Al-Mg, and Al-Zn series alloys, representing the alloy code. The second and third digits after YL are the sequence number. The code representation method is as follows. Example. 7.4 Judgement rules 7.4.1 If the chemical composition test fails, double the number of samples can be taken for reinspection. If all the reinspection results are qualified, the batch of products is considered qualified. If the reinspection results are still unqualified, the batch of products is considered unqualified. 7.4.2 If the slag inclusion test fails, it is allowed to take double the number of samples for reinspection. If all the reinspection results are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If the reinspection results are still unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 7.4.3 If the appearance and fracture inspection fail, the batch of products will be deemed unqualified. 8 Marking, quality certificate, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Each packaging unit (ingot bundle, insulation bag) of die casting aluminum alloy shall have the following mark. When the purchaser has special requirements, it shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. a) Material designation; b) Manufacturer’s trademark or symbol; c) Year, month and day of manufacture; d) Other marks specified by the customer. 8.1.2 The number identification, production batch number and material designation of the die casting aluminum alloy liquid insulation bag shall be clear. The identification shall be in a fixed position on the insulation bag and consistent with the content of the delivery note. The insulation bags shall not be mixed. 8.2 Quality certificate Each batch of die casting aluminum alloy shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall at least include. a) Supplier name and trademark; b) Product name and designation (or code); c) Batch number; d) Net weight and number of pieces (bundles); e) Analytical test results and inspection department stamp; f) Reference to this document; g) Production date. 8.3 Packaging 8.3.1 Die casting aluminum alloy ingots shall be bundled. Each designation shall be bundled separately. The packaging shall be firm to ensure that it will not fall apart during transportation. 8.3.2 The die casting aluminum alloy liquid shall be packed in thermal insulation packaging that meets the requirements. 8.4 Transportation 8.4.1 During transportation, die casting aluminum alloy ingots shall meet the stacking requirements and be protected from rain, moisture, dropping and severe collision. 8.4.2 The transportation of die casting aluminum alloy liquid shall comply with relevant safety requirements. Measures shall be taken to prevent the insulation bag from tipping over, falling and rain during transportation. 8.5 Storage Die casting aluminum alloys shall be stored in dry, well-ventilated warehouses without harmful gases. They shall not be stored together with acids, alkalis or other corrosive chemicals. They shall also be protected from rain and moisture. ......
