This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 13725-2001 "General Principles and Methods for Establishing Terminology Databases", and GB/T 13725-2001 The main technical changes are as follows. --- Revised the definition of the term "term database" "data element" (see 3.2, 3.3,.2001 edition 3.2, 3.3); ---Modified the requirements for the extensibility of the termbase system (see 6.1.8,.2001 version 6.1.8); --- Added annotations, images, and film to the data describing the concept (see 6.3.2.3); --- Deleted the data method using the classification method to describe the conceptual system (2001 version 6.3.2.3); --- Increased the overall word, part of the word is the data describing the concept system (see 6.3.2.4); --- Increased terminology service methods such as Internet, cloud services, mobile phones, tablets and other mobile terminal applications, API calls, etc. (see 6.5); --- Modified the content of the management and maintenance part of the termbase system (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 of the.2001 edition).
