1 Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatographic method for milk and dairy products of fatty acids. This standard applies to the determination of milk and dairy products of fatty acids.

4 Reagents

Each mL of fatty acid methyl esters containing 10.0mg. Weigh accurately FAME standard substance 0.50g in 50mL brown volumetric flask, with heptane (4.3) was dissolved constant volume, this solution per ml L fatty acid methyl esters containing 10.0mg. Shake well and stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator, valid 360d. 4.9 mixed fatty acid methyl ester standards working solution. Each ml of each fatty acid methyl esters 0.02mg. Accurate pipetting 1.0mL each fatty acid methyl ester standard solution (4.8) in 50mL brown volumetric flask, with heptane (4.3) diluted to volume; re-registration Indeed Pipette 1.0mL to 10mL brown volumetric flask, with heptane (4.3) diluted to volume, the solution per ml of each fatty acid methyl ester 0.02mg. Shake well and stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator, valid 90d. 4.10 remaining reagents with GB/T 5413.27-1997 reagents.
