Summary
This standard specifies the use of single-channel PCM encoding a single-carrier phase measurements shift keying (SCPC-PSK) terminal equipment. SCPCPSK terminal can be used for pre-allocation, or may be used for demand assignment multiple access (DAMA) network. Measurement methods given in this standard apply to the use of the international satellite system equipment SCPC-PSK. Moreover, most of the measurement method is also applicable to terminal equipment SCPC-PSK national or regional satellite system used.
