4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.6 standard stock solution. accurately weighed appropriate amount (accurate to 0.1mg) of Leucomycins standard in a brown volumetric flask, and dissolved in water
Volume, formulated as standard stock solution to a final concentration 1000mg/L, the following 4 ℃ dark storage.
4.7 standard intermediate solution. Imbibe 1.0mL standard stock solution (4.6) in 100mL flask, diluted with water to the constant volume
