Instead of the standard SN/T 1152-2002 "Spring viremia of carp virus by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction method."
This standard compared with SN/T 1152-2002, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the spring viremia of carp (SVC) cell culture virus isolation, RT-PCR, ELISA and real-time RT-PCR
Detection Technology.
This standard applies to spring viremia of carp epidemiology, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring.

3 SVC isolation and identification of viruses
3.1 Principles of diagnosis
The standard method of virus isolation cells can be used to isolate the virus from clinical symptoms of diseased fish, or you can never clinical symptoms

3.2 Sampling
