1 Scope

This standard specifies the spring viremia of carp (SVC) cell culture virus isolation, RT-PCR, ELISA and real-time RT-PCR Detection Technology. This standard applies to spring viremia of carp epidemiology, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring.

3 SVC isolation and identification of viruses
