Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. Instead of the standard SN/T 1088-2002 "brucellosis plate agglutination test procedures", SN/T 1090-2002 "brucellosis Disease tube agglutination test procedures ", SN/T 1089-2002" brucellosis complement fixation test procedures ", SN/T 1394- 2004 "brucellosis whole milk ring test methods", SN/T 1525-2005 "trace brucellosis complement fixation test methods." In addition to this standard editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows. --- Increased brucellosis microscopic examination; --- Increased bacterial culture; --- Increasing the polymerase chain reaction; --- Increasing the buffer plate agglutination test; --- Increasing the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; --- Increased fluorescence polarization test. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee. This standard was drafted. Tianjin People's Republic of China Exit Inspection and Quarantine. The main drafters of this standard. Wang Yuling, Liu Pei, Zhu Shiqiang, Hou Yanmei, Luan Shen Shun.
