1 Scope
This standard specifies the clinical diagnosis of avian Newcastle disease, virus isolation and identification, hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test, reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction

3 clinical diagnosis
3.1 onset of symptoms
