1 Scope

3 components and basic functions
3.1 Components
The components of the workbench include but are not limited to (see Appendix A).
a) Operation console. including artificial light source of standard illuminant D65, power socket, switch and control equipment, and sample and sample device;
b) Work area. on the console, consisting of a background swatch and background light;
c) Image acquisition system. consists of image acquisition device, personal computer and display screen;
d) Search software. including text editing, data processing software, document printing and automatic retrieval;
e) Accessories. consisting of tweezers, magnifiers, desktop balances, printers, etc.
