Introduction
JJF1002-2010 "Rules for Compilation of National Metrology Verification Regulations", JJF1001-2011 "General Metrology Terminology and
"Definition" and JJF1059.1-2012 "Assessment and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitute the supporting work for the formulation and revision of this regulation.
The basic series of specifications for the work.
This regulation is based on IEC 60688.2012 "Conversion of AC and DC power into analog or digital signals
Electrical Measuring Transmitter" was revised. This regulation replaces JJG 126-1995 "Conversion of AC power to DC power for electricians
Measuring Transmitters".
Compared with JJG 126-1995, the main technical changes of this regulation are as follows except editorial modifications.
---The name of the regulation was changed from "Conversion of AC power to DC power for electrical engineering measurement transmitter" to "Power frequency AC power
Measuring Transmitter", the applicable frequency range is specified as (45~65)Hz;
---The scope of application is extended to measuring transmitters whose output is DC analog signal or digital signal;
---Three-phase active power transmitter and reactive power transmitter use three-phase standard power meter for verification;
--- Increase the verification method using the standard power source;
--- Delete the additional B-phase current type unbalanced reactive power transmitter, cross current type unbalanced reactive power transformer
The verification method of the transmitter and the unbalanced reactive power transmitter based on the principle of 90° phase shift.
The release status of previous versions of this regulation.
---JJG 126-1995.

3 Terminology and units of measurement
transducer
AC voltage, AC current, active power, reactive power, frequency, phase angle, power factor, etc.
A measurement transmitter that converts galvanic parameters into DC analog signals or digital signals.
3.2 response time response time
From the moment of applying the measurand that changes according to the regulations, until the output signal reaches and remains at the final stable value or at this value
Time within the specified range for the center.
4 Overview
The power frequency AC power measurement transmitter (hereinafter referred to as the transmitter) is a kind of AC power (voltage, current) to be measured.
flow, active power, reactive power, frequency, phase, power factor, etc.) into DC analog or digital signals
s installation. It generally consists of three parts. signal acquisition circuit, signal processing and conversion circuit, and signal output circuit.
The schematic diagram of the transmitter is shown in Figure 1.
