3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Household electrical appliances
In homes and apartments, the rated voltage of single-phase AC powered appliances used by non-professionals shall not exceed 250V, and the rated voltage of other appliances shall not exceed 250V.
Electrical appliances with a voltage not exceeding 480V.

The degree to which a set of inherent characteristics of an appliance meets requirements.
