Test of Five Components of Opium in Suspected Drugs
Gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas phase color of the effective ingredients morphine, codeine, thebaine, papaverine, and narcotine in solid samples of suspected drug opiates.
The principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment of the qualitative inspection method of spectrometry-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the gas chromatography (GC) quantitative inspection method of morphine
Equipment, operating methods, and result evaluation and presentation.
This standard applies to the qualitative analysis of morphine, codeine, thebaine, papaverine, and narcotine in solid samples of suspected opiates and the determination of morphine.
Quantitative analysis.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 are applicable to this document.
4 Principle
Extract morphine, codeine, thebaine, papaverine, and narcotine in solid samples of suspected drugs. Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
Use retention time, characteristic ion fragments, and ion abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment; use gas chromatography to detect, and use chromatographic peak area as
Quantitative basis, use external standard single-point method or internal standard single-point method to quantitatively analyze morphine.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the third-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in the analysis are chromatographically pure.
5.1.1 Methanol.
5.1.2 Internal standard. propyl spasmolytic (SKF525A) (purity not less than 95%).
5.1.3 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution. take the preparation of 100mL as an example, take 0.5mL of glacial acetic acid in a 100mL volumetric flask, add water to make the volume up to the minute
Degree, prepared into 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution.
5.1.4 1.0mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. take the preparation of 100mL as an example, take 4.0g sodium hydroxide solid in a 100mL volumetric flask, add
Dilute the volume of water to the mark and prepare a 1.0mol/L sodium hydride solution.
