This section is one of the GB/T 3099 "Fasteners term" series. The series includes.
a) GB/T 3099.1-2008 fasteners term threaded fasteners, pins and washers;
b) GB/T 3099.2-2004 term blind rivet fasteners;
This part identical with ISO /FDIS1891.2008 "fasteners term" (in English).
This part of GB/T 3099 Part 1.
This part of International Standard ISO /FDIS1891.2008 "Fastener term" agreement.
This Part replaces GB 3099-1982 "bolts, screws, nuts and accessories - Terminology."
Compared with GB 3099-1982 portion of the main changes are as follows.

--- Increase Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Swedish terms;
--- Modify some entries;
--- Modify the Chinese, English, French, Russian and German code.
