This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 26714-2011 "Ink ballpoint pen and refill". Major technical changes compared to GB/T 26714-2011 as follows. --- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); --- Increased structural classification and use classification (see 4.3, 4.4); ---Modified refill tolerance dimensions (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2011 edition); --- Increased the specification of writing paper (see 6.2, 5.2 of.2011 edition); --- Removed the elastic requirements and test methods for metal pen holders (Tables 5 and 6.16 of the.2011 edition); --- Removed the provisions of the sample (5.3 of the.2011 edition); ---Modified environmental conditions (see 6.3, 5.4 of the.2011 edition); --- Modified the test method for the initial performance test (see 7.1,.2011 version 6.1); --- Revised the test method for drying (see 7.4,.2011 edition 6.4); ---Modified the test method for the difference between the aperture of the pen head and the outer diameter of the pen tip (see 7.15, 6.15 of the.2011 edition); --- Removed the shelf life (8.4.2 of the.2011 edition).
