3 Determination
3.1 General provisions

3.2 Principle
Dyes and pigments samples were dissolved in methanol to make tetrachlorophthalic anhydride and sample extraction and separation of dyes and pigments, and then centrifuged stratified by LC external standard

3.3 instruments and equipment
a) liquid chromatograph. infusion pump - flow range 0.1mL/min ~ 5.0mL/min, the flow rate in this range stability of ± 1%
Detector - multi-wavelength UV spectrophotometric detector or equivalent in performance to a spectral detector;
b) Column. length 150mm, an inner diameter of 6mm stainless steel column, stationary phase C18ODS5μm;
c) chromatography workstation or integrator;
d) centrifuge;
e) 10mL centrifuge tube;
f) 50mL volumetric flask;
g) 5.0mL pipette;
h) syringe. 50μL ~ 100μL;
i) Loop. 10μL;
j) analytical balance. a sense of the amount of 0.01mg;
k) ultrasonic generator.
