3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Water. deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.3 ethanol. AR.
3.4 ammonia. AR.
3.5 hydrochloric acid. AR.
3.6 ammonium acetate solution (0.02mol/L). Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate, dissolved in water, dilute to 1000mL, through 0.45μm filter
filter.
3.7 ethanol - ammonia solution. the amount of anhydrous ethanol 80mL, ammonia 1mL, add water to 100mL, and mix.
50% 3.8 pH8 methanol. amount of methanol 50mL, add water to 100mL, mix, add ammonia to adjust the pH value to 8.
3.9 pH8 water. water plus ammonia to adjust the pH value to 8.
3.10 2% aqueous ammonia. amount of ammonia 2mL, add water to 100mL, and mix.
3.11 hydrochloric acid - ethanol solution (1 + 9). amount of hydrochloric acid 10mL, 90mL ethanol, and mix.
3.12 50% methanol solution. amount of methanol 50mL, add water to 100mL, and mix.
